The Imago mundi was translated into many languages. In the thirteenth century it was translated into Welsh, under the title Delw y Byd. One of the manuscripts preserving extracts from this translations is a medical manuscripts. The encyclopedic material was perceived by the compilers of this book as relevant to medical concerns.
The manuscript, now kept in Oxford, Bodleian Library, shelfmark Rawlinson B 467, can be seen in full on the Digital Bodleian website. The image below is of f.70v, the first page containing extracts from Delw y Byd, and describes the nature of water.
